HR Admin

CrossTech is seeking an HR Admin to support one of our clients.

Partners with the Senior Director, Talent Development & Strategic Initiatives to manage learning and development resources.

Job Description

  • Review competency and gap assessments to determine training needs for identified teams
  • Research, identify, and recommend external resources to support identified training needs
  • Interviews SMEs for internal resource development
  • Assists with creating timeline of development activities
  • Research, identify, and recommend tools to measure the effectiveness of leadership and employee development programs

Recruiting Support

  • Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition on performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, and monitoring emails.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements online
  • Screen candidates by performing background checks, conducting assessments, and verifying their qualifications and experience.
  • Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
  • Assist successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Knowledge of recruiting.
  • Experience with job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms.
  • Familiarity with Interviewing.
  • Experience with Screening, i.e., background checks, reference checks, conducting assessments, etc.
  • Experience with on-boarding, i.e., filling out paperwork, I-9 and W2 experience, etc.
  • Calendar management experience.

Compensation

$25-$30/hr.
