Are you a motivated biochemist/chemist looking to advance your career? Join our team in Cambridge, MA, and work onsite as an HPLC Research Associate. You will play a crucial role in the analytical characterization of mRNA formulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HPLC and FACE assays, analyze results per SOPs.
- Maintain HPLC systems and FACE.
- Prepare samples and enter data into electronic lab notebooks.
- Utilize automation liquid handlers for sample prep.
- Maintain high-quality lab documentation.
- B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Chromeleon HPLC software (preferred).
- Strong chemistry and biochemistry lab skills.
- Experience in characterizing small and large molecules, including biopolymers.
- Preferred experience in separations science.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional team.
- HPLC and FACE assay execution
- Chromeleon HPLC software
- Sample preparation and data entry
- Automation liquid handlers
- Lab documentation and SOP adherence
- Molecule characterization (small and large)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
