Housekeeping Staff
Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests and employees. Your primary duties will include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas, as well as restocking supplies and ensuring a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility.

As a Housekeeping Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests and employees. Your primary duties will include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas, as well as restocking supplies and ensuring a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Empty trash and replace liners in all designated areas.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
