We are looking for a dynamic Executive Housekeeper to be responsible for coordinating all departmental functions. Directs, implements, and maintains a service philosophy, which serves as a guide to the respective team.
About the role:
Responsible for assuring attentive courteous and efficient service in the department while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost
Lead and inspire the in property HK team, to deliver a consistent level of service
Accountable for short- and long-term planning and the management of the hotel's HKDepartment
Develop and recommend the budget, labour cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
Coach and counsel team members to reflect SOPs service standards and procedures
Able to convey information and ideas clearly
Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Requirements
Track record of experience in the luxury end of the market
Area hotel experience and / or knowledge is highly desirable
The ability to improve and maintain high service standards
Pre-opening experience is highly desirable
A self-motivated, driven, results orientated, and proactive attitude is required
Leadership skills to motivate and develop the department and to ensure accomplishment of goals. Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate and control
