Job Title: Housekeeper -Part Time (12-4 pm CT)

Job Description:

As a Housekeeper at Pompa Program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the household and supporting the daily needs of our executive and their family. This position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the household, including laundry, cleaning, scheduling of maintenance, and organization.
  • Ensure the household is stocked with necessary supplies and groceries.
  • Manage household billing and expenses, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and efficient use of resources.
  • Provide personal assistance to household members, including running errands, and handling special requests.
  • Ability to cook and plan ahead with meal planning, ensuring dietary preferences and requirements are met.
  • Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Occasional babysitting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in managing household budgets and expenses.
  • Knowledge of household management, including cleaning, maintenance, and organization.
  • Proactive mindset to act without direction
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
