Position: House Manager / Family Assistant - Part Time
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Up to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $15-$20 Hour
About Our Client: Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced House Manager/Family Assistant to oversee the operations and maintenance of their residence. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and upkeep of our client's household. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure their home is clean, organized, and efficiently run. The ideal candidate will be proactive, trustworthy, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with ease. Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks as well as coordinating with cleaning services for deeper cleaning, and manage routine maintenance and repairs
Ensure all rooms are clean and tidy
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms
Change cat litter daily
Childcare Support: Clean and organize all things related to the child including flexibility to help with child care directly occasionally
Cleaning and sanitizing toys
Organizing play areas and nursery
Stock and manage baby supplies, including diapers, wipes, formula, and baby food
Occasional babysitting for date nights with notice
Must be comfortable changing diapers
Organization: Oversee the day-to-day organization of the home ensuring it is well-maintained
Organize groceries from Instacart and maintain an orderly fridge
Organize common areas and straighten up as needed
Keep the laundry area clean and organized
Reorder regular supplies take stock inventory
Laundry: Assist with laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization for family of 3
Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes
Organize and store clothing in designated areas
Assist with switching over wardrobe based on season or age of child
Errands: Available to run local errands
Run light errands locally such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, CVS, etc
Drop off Amazon returns to UPS, post office
Event Planning and Preparation: Assist with planning and coordinating occasional family events
Prepare and set up event spaces, including decorations, seating arrangements, and entertainment
Coordinate with vendors and caterers to ensure all event needs are met
Requirements
Proven experience as a housekeeper, personal assistant, family assistant or similar role
Experience with child care and understanding of children's needs
Possess a keen eye for detail and a high standard of cleanliness
Enjoy a well-organized environment, ability to prioritize, and have strong organizational skills
Are trustworthy, reliable, and discreet
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for running errands
Must be comfortable with cats
Must live within 30 minutes of Centerport
