Our client seeks a sophisticated and versatile House Manager to ensure seamless operations at their new home in Oklahoma City. This position is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is seeking a challenging role with a growing family.

Responsibilities
360° responsibility for managing this home as if it is a 5-star hotel.
Coordinate with household staff, managing schedules, workflow, and task assignments, and ensure effective communication of updates.
Plan and oversee any social or business events at the house.
Supervise all special projects and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual upkeep and organizational tasks, such as coordinating deliveries, procuring stock, scheduling service vendors, and running errands.
Collaborate with housekeepers on daily and project cleaning projects, including changing linens and organizing wardrobe storage.
Oversee preventative maintenance of amenities, electronic systems, air conditioning, safety equipment, extinguishers, and radiators throughout the home.
Liaise with service professionals, contractors, designers, and other home vendors as required.
Assist principals with packing/unpacking of clothing, personal items, and manage luggage distribution.
Partner with family office to build an annual household budget, review expenses, and liaise with other support staff.
Coordinate guest arrangements, including amenities, transportation, and special requests
Serve as the primary point of contact for the household principals, including greeting guests and visitors, answering phones, taking messages, and logging received packages.
Collaborate with other assistants to maintain personal calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience as house or estate manager
Excellent organizational, leadership, technology, and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks at a high level
Polished, refined, and appreciates gracious living
Utmost discretion and confidentiality are required
Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills; able to develop and effectively lead a culture of quality and excellence
Self-confident individual with sound judgment and common sense
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Excellent, verifiable references from previous employers
Schedule
Generally, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility for additional hours as needed.
Compensation
A deluxe compensation and full benefits package available which could include housing and use of a car.
