Executive Director of Recruiting, Head of Office Support, HR & Marketing division at Atlas Search
This role is located in Manhattan and the candidate must be ok with domestic and international travel.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the property to expected standards
Responsible for minor maintenance issues
Handle vendor relationships
Special projects as assigned
Provide excellent customer service to the family's requests.
Requirements:
Must have 10+ years house manager/estate manager experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with UWS/UHNW individuals is a huge +
Must be open to traveling as needed, to the Hamptons and internationally.
The annual base salary range is $170k to $220k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
