Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role is located the newly opened Anna & Bel hotel in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA for a Hotel Sales Manager. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and events process, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Hotel Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions. Anna & Bel has two F&B outlets which the Hotel Sales Manager will also have oversight of its events and group sales packages.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
Proven experience in sales and sales management
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
