What your day will look like:
Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular visits to properties to assess performance, address issues, and provide support to property managers.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to property managers and their teams.
Develop and manage budgets for each hotel within the region, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with property managers on revenue management strategies and cost control.
Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate ongoing training programs for staff.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement regional strategies and business plans.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and develop action plans to address them.
Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service standards.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent
5+ years’ experience in hotel operations management
2+ years of management experience
50% travel required to various client locations
