Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring and maintaining budgets, and maximizing sales and revenue. The Hotel Manager will also be responsible for coordinating food and beverage services and performing front desk duties.
Qualifications
Customer Service, Sales, and Frint Desk Duties skills. Must be Elegible to Live & Work in United States .
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Knowledge of Opera PMS system and miminum AGM experience in IHG lifestyle brands
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
