Bustling Hotel/Casino looking for a Hotel Manager for their property close to the four corners!
Qualifications
At least 5 years of recent hospitality management experience required, preferably in a resort hotel setting.
Recent tribal gaming experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old to obtain Gaming Commission Key License (required).
Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and RV park, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. This role involves leading and motivating a team, managing operations, and utilizing hospitality management systems to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
The Hotel Manager will also enhance customer relations by implementing service improvements, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the role requires managing inventory, monitoring competitive rates, and continuously assessing and improving operational efficiency. The objective is to maintain a welcoming environment for guests and a productive, motivated team, contributing to the overall success of the property
