Top rated Hotel (high volume) looking for a dynamic and experienced full-service General Manager in your area with Room and Food & Beverage & Sales Oversite experience.

Ideal candidate would include GMs or AGMs at full-service hotels (high volume-160+ rooms).

Opportunity Based in Pigeon Forge, TN

What we require:

3+ years’ experience in full-service Hotel as a General Manager with Room and Food & Beverage & Sales Oversite experience.

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Willing to work some night and weekend shifts, and overnight on rare occasions

About the job:

3+ years managing rooms department, and food and beverage, & sales oversite experience

Self-motivated, hands-on team leader with in-depth full-service hotel experience

Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline personnel to brand standards including hiring and training

Competent in hotel systems used in hotel operations, including reservations, property management and food and beverage

Effective written and verbal communication skills with patience, tact and diplomacy
