Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hotel General Manager located in Waynesville, NC. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing budgets, and overseeing food and beverage operations. This is an on-site role.Hilton experience is a must.

- General Management and Business Management skills
- Experience in customer service
- Strong budgeting skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
