Hotel Director Of F&B Qualifications/Responsibilities

• You must have a minimum of 5+ years in a senior level F&B leadership role
• You must have Fine Dining Steakhouse experience - non negotiable
• You must have excellent communication skills, coaching abilities and care about your team
• You must have a do-whatever-it-takes mentality
• You must have experience leading a team of General Managers and leaders
• You must have incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
• You will control expenses, budget and inventory
