Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely fulfillment of customer requests. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer queries. Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions. Strive to meet and surpass performance targets, such as reservation conversion rates and customer satisfaction metrics. Work with sales and marketing teams to promote special offers and upsell additional services to customers.
