Your Background Includes
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Experience: 3-5 years in benefits, leave administration, and general HR functions
Leadership: 1-2 years managing a team
Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Dayforce (Ceridian) HRIS and scheduling software (e.g., Brink or CTUIT)
Expertise: Managing benefits programs including 401k plans, Workers' Comp, Safety Programs, and Guest Incident Claims
Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish beneficial, strong grasp of local, CA state, and federal employment laws
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, adept at conflict resolution and problem-solving
