Location: Oceanside, CA, USA (on-site position in Solana Beach)
Salary: Competitive, with a range of $85,000 to $90,000 per year

What You'll Bring
A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Experience in benefits administration, leave management, and general HR functions.
Prior Experience Managing Teams Is Preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS systems like Dayforce (Ceridian) and scheduling software such as Brink or CTUIT.
Familiarity with managing benefits programs including 401k plans.
Strong understanding of California and federal employment laws.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
