We're seeking an experienced Hospitality Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in beautiful Solana Beach. This full-time, on-site position offers a chance to bring your strategic mindset and leadership skills to a thriving organization.

- Bachelor's degree (required)
- SHRM-CP or PHR designation (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits, leave administration, and general HR functions
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Proficiency with Dayforce (Ceridian) HRIS and scheduling software (e.g., Brink or CTUIT)
- Expertise in managing benefits programs, including 401k plans
- Experience overseeing Workers' Compensation, Safety Programs, and Guest Incident Claims
- Strong recruiting support skills
- Ability to develop and manage rewards and recognition programs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly valued)
- Experience supervising HR Coordinators and HR Generalists
- Previous HR experience in multi-location companies with 500-1000 employees
- In-depth knowledge of local, California state, and federal employment laws
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to working full-time on-site
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Oversee all aspects of human resources operations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
