Hospitality Construction PM Owner's rep - Remote | WFH

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on hospitality projects. We're a boutique construction project management firm overseeing hotel renovations and new builds across the country. Responsibilities

Lead the management of hospitality construction projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for hotel renovations and new developments.

Facilitate a collaborative team environment, ensuring resources are effectively utilized.

Engage in team selection processes, working with contractors, architects, and vendors.

Act as a liaison with project inspectors, city officials, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors and suppliers on behalf of ownership.

Travel approximately 35% of the time for project oversight and client meetings.

Work remotely from a home office, utilizing modern communication and project management tools.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in hospitality construction project management, preferably three or more years.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam.

Familiarity with construction management software for budgeting, scheduling, and cost analysis.

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail across multiple projects.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with external vendors and internal teams.

Bachelor's degree in design, construction, engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
