Hospitality Construction PM Owner's rep - Remote | WFH

About The Role

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager with a passion for hospitality. In this role, you'll manage construction projects, including renovations, Cap-Ex, and new builds. Your responsibilities will span project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, ensuring seamless hotel renovations at various project stages.

Responsibilities

Foster a collaborative team environment for assigned projects.

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, allocating time effectively.

Assist in team selection processes.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and project inspectors.

Negotiate with contractors, designers, and vendors on behalf of stakeholders.

Travel up to 35% of the time.

Work remotely from a home office.

Qualifications

Uphold high standards of workmanship.

Self-motivated and resourceful problem solver.

Preferably hold a BA/BS degree in design, construction, engineering, or have relevant hospitality construction management experience.

Three or more years of experience in hospitality construction project management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, or Bluebeam.

Familiarity with construction management software.

Ability to create and manage budgets and conduct cost analysis.

Skilled in schedule creation and modification.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Effective communicator with vendors and internal teams.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
