Perks and Benefits: Employed position Generous Compensation package of $315K annually + Medical Director Stipend Sign-on bonus and Relocation allowance Comprehensive benefits include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage Malpractice coverage with tail CME allowance + 401(k) w/matching Practice Highlights /Qualifications: Board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 3-4 years clinical experience as a Hospitalist MHA or MBA preferred Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills 4 Hospitalist in house daily w/APP assistance for admissions 7 on / 7 off; rotating call for admissions from 7a-7p ADC of 17 per hospitalist No procedures required Hospitalist runs codes Hospitalist services are provided at a 300 bed tertiary care hospital with a 12 bed open ICU and 12 bed CCU with Pulmonary Critical Care coverage throughout the day.
