The ideal Hospital Director of Surgery candidate will meet the following qualifications:
3-5 years of OR leadership experience at the Director level.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
CNOR certification preferred; required within one year.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire perioperative teams.
