Mental Health Association is hiring immediately for a Program Director for our Homeless housing programs. The program Director is responsible for coordination and delivery of services to participants within the Homeless Housing Programs. Assess needs and develop and implement service plans. Provide leadership and clinical and administrative supervision to members of the Homeless Housing team. Ensure management of program in accordance with leadership objectives, organizational mission, policies, practices, program funding, applicable regulatory agency guidelines while promoting the delivery of high-quality services. Provide direct supervision to 2-5 personnel.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Masters preferred.
Professional Experience:
Three to five years of related professional experience including a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience working with homeless population and proven clinical knowledge and understanding of mental illness and substance abuse disorders and treatments.
Experience with group facilitation.
Other Experience: Lived experience in recovery and/or homelessness preferred.
