Role Summary: As an LPN at Pinnacle Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role involves performing selected skilled actions in curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative care, ensuring decisions made reflect your nursing experience and educational background.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision.
Engage in curative, rehabilitative, palliative, and preventative care.
Utilize your nursing experience and education to make informed decisions.
Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Current State LPN or LVN License.
Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience; community/home health or medical/surgical experience preferred.
Valid BLS certification.
Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
