**Responsibilities:**

• Oversee the daily operations of the home care agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Implement effective business development strategies to expand the agency's reach and enhance its reputation in the community.
• Collaborate with the management team to create and execute operational plans that drive growth and meet financial goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of compassionate caregivers, providing guidance and support to promote excellence in care provision.
• Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  
  

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in home care administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Kansas Class B Home Care regulations, MO Healthnet Medicaid, and Waiver programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
• Proven track record in business development and the ability to drive growth in a competitive market.
• Familiarity with Medicaid reimbursement processes and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in utilizing technology and software applications relevant to home care administration.
