Listen attentively to client preferences and requirements, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
Use reservation systems and online platforms to manage bookings, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Communicate effectively with clients to confirm reservations, provide details, and address any questions or concerns professionally.
Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and resolve issues on behalf of clients.
Stay updated on travel trends, destination updates, and restrictions to provide clients with relevant information and advice.
Manage administrative tasks such as processing payments and issuing tickets, maintaining detailed client records in our database.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or travel-related roles preferred.
