Role: Cleanroom Assembly Packaging Operator I

Location: Mansfield, MA - 2048

Shift Timings: 1st shift - 6am - 2:30pm M-F

Desired Minimum Qualifications

  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
  • This position requires daily commute to Mansfield, MA for the 1st shift position and may require additional overtime, including weekends and Holidays.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, and/or related discipline is required.
  • Knowledge and experience working with computer-controlled equipment is preferred.
  • Experience working with the inspection, assembly, and functional testing of manufactured components and assemblies is preferred.
  • Experience working in a Medical Device manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or another regulated environment is preferred.
  • Basic mechanical and computer skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • The ability to sit and use a microscope for component deburring for a full work shift.
  • The ability to perform and record measurements using dial indicators, depth micrometers, verniers, and gauges is preferred.
  • The ability to communicate effectively (read, write and speak) in English is required.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute percentages and work with decimals, is required.
  • The ability to stand and/or walk more than 80% of the time is required.
  • The ability to lift to 25 pounds and to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to work in a manufacturing/machine shop environment.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

  • Handheld and bench top measuring tools and processing equipment.
  • CNC controlled machinery.
  • Microscope.
  • Telephone, personal computer linked to local area networks, and copy machine.
