Corestaff is the official MSP resourcing partner for Porsche Cars North America for contractor positions operating and managing their nationwide contingent workforce program. This role is a Corestaff contract position with placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.


The High Voltage (HV) Battery Program Specialist is responsible for high voltage battery repair support, vendor communications, Porsche Center communications, and reporting. The Specialist will work alongside Porsche Cars N.A. (PCNA) and Porsche AG (PAG) Warranty, Parts, and Campaign Support. The Specialist is responsible for communications and support towards internal stakeholders and external vendors. The Specialist will gather reporting data from all stakeholders and assist the team in maintaining project goals.


Roles & responsibilities

  • Support the following programs:
  • Hazardous materials handling program for Porsche Centers
  • Battery repair programs in the US
  • Battery recycling programs within the US
  • Work closely with Parts and Warranty on ensuring services and parts are processed to agreed SLAs with 3rd party vendor.
  • Aggregate data from internal systems for management reporting. Recommend and implement improvements for reports, reporting processes and reporting systems
  • Maintain/update data and publications for Porsche Centers as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate parts stocking and logistics.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies at PCNA. Additional duties as assigned by Warranty Program Manager.


Education and certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or Data Analytics. Relevant equivalent education and experience may be considered


Experience:

  • 2+ years automotive experience, including positions such as Warranty Specialist, Warranty Control Specialist, Warranty Operations Specialist, Warranty Analyst.
  • Experience in working with and / or supporting automotive dealers’ service operations
  • Experience in project management preferred


Skills and competencies:

  • Proficient with PC operations Windows, Adobe, MS Office Suite, and other job-related applications.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of automobiles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Organized and statistically oriented.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that creatively solves problems and delivers solutions
  • Recognizes and responds with precision to quality issues discovered during daily work.
