Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a High School Principal at St. Paul City School located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The High School Principal will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the high school, including curriculum development, educational administration, educational management, and educational leadership. They will provide guidance and support to teachers, oversee student discipline, coordinate staff professional development, and collaborate with parents and community members to create a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
Educational Administration, Educational Management, and Educational Leadership skills
Experience in curriculum development
Demonstrated knowledge of current educational practices and trends
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of educators
