Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Chapter Director at YSLC. We are seeking to open up chapters in different regions of the United States. This is a great way to get volunteer and leadership experience in high school or college. As a Chapter Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of your local chapter, including recruiting members, organizing workshops and events, coordinating with volunteers, and facilitating engagement with schools and community partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, strategic planning, and ensuring the growth and success of the chapter.

Team Management and Leadership skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Experience in Volunteer Management
Knowledge of Budgeting
Ability to develop and implement Strategic Plans
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Passion for STEM education and advocacy
Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field or equivalent experience
Currently Enrolled in a United States High School or College program
