We are seeking a dedicated Carpet Cleaning Helper to join our team. As a Helper, you will assist in providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to our clients. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
(Full time position: Hours are 9am-5pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and preparation of equipment and materials for carpet cleaning jobs.
Perform carpet cleaning tasks according to company procedures and industry standards.
Move furniture and other obstacles from carpeted areas as needed.
Apply cleaning agents and solutions to carpets to remove stains and dirt effectively.
Operate carpet cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and cleaners.
Ensure all assigned carpets are cleaned to the satisfaction of clients.
Uphold safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and furniture (up to 50 pounds) and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable).
