Position Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Remote (Ohio)

Anticipated Start Date: Tentative Start Date 05/15/2024

Pay Range: $30/hr - $32/hr

Job Description

Conduct field service activities primarily in closed toll lanes at toll plazas across the Ohio Turnpike.

Provide initial support for corrective issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, electrical wiring, and network operating problems.

Utilize basic and specialized test equipment to diagnose and analyze difficulties.

Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance activities including inspection, cleaning, testing, adjustment, replacement, and repair (to sub-assembly/component level) of computer systems, camera systems, microprocessor components, peripherals, and associated toll processing and information management equipment.

Maintain accurate work order documentation for detailed reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance of all tasks completed on system hardware, software, and related components.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
