Tasks
In this role, you will…
Provide onsite and over the phone technical support and assistance to Alpha Beta Core end users while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Monitor, troubleshoot and categorize incoming calls and trouble tickets while analyzing frequently asked questions and defining procedures.
Assist with application installation, usage, problem solving and troubleshooting.
Install Personal Computers (PCs) and related hardware; investigate hardware problems and perform repairs or coordinate with vendors as necessary.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with…
Associate's degree in a technology-related major and/or 1 to 3 years in direct end user support or related technical role.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Ability to work on your own, while reporting back to team leader/manager on any issues or concerns in a timely fashion.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to independently research a problem.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experience in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of basic computer hardware, software, and networks.
