Help Desk Specialist
Traveling IT Help-Desk Technician / Travel 2 in-week sprints / Average 50-hour travel weeks
Optomi in partnership with a leader in the available healthcare space is looking to build out multiple teams of Travel Technicians to service their locations across the United States while being based out of Dallas Texas. This position will require a high level of consistent travel each month, staying at the HQ in Dallas for 2 weeks and then off-site for 2 weeks.
What the right candidate will enjoy:

Qualities of the right candidate:
- Basic understanding of network devices within a server room; small business experience is acceptable!
- Strong helpdesk troubleshooting and user support experience.
- Extensive experience migrating user data to new devices.
- Updating and standardizing operating systems for newly acquired devices.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Interacting with executives or high-level leadership and providing technical support as they complete projects.
- Engaging with clinical staff and understanding their needs and priorities through the new roll-out.
- Migrating and updating data sets across devices and domains.
