Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a helpdesk role
  • Strong customer service skills/professionalism
  • Experience with ACD systems, such as any of the following: Amazon (AWS), Avaya, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Unified Contact Center, Genesys, NICE InContact, Five9
  • Experience with ITSM / Ticketing systems, such as any of the following: BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Zendesk
  • Support of Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System
  • Support of MS O365 provisioned accounts
  • Ability to map a network drive
  • Basic Azure experience
  • 2+ years of active directory


Day to Day:

Insight Global is searching for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fully remote helpdesk team for a federal contracting company. This team consists of 7 analysts currently. This person will be responsible for solving tickets through calls, emails, and ticketing system. The most common tickets consist of password reset, user unlocking, new employee logins, setting up emails/new accounts, migration calls, and share points.
