Insight Global is searching for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fully remote helpdesk team for a federal contracting company. This team consists of 7 analysts currently. This person will be responsible for solving tickets through calls, emails, and ticketing system. The most common tickets consist of password reset, user unlocking, new employee logins, setting up emails/new accounts, migration calls, and share points.
