Required Qualifications & Experience:
Associate's Degree
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
5+ years of professional relevent experience
ServiceNow ticketing system experience
Excellent Customer Service and End User Support
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of Google Suite applications
