Compensation: $29 - $33/hourly

Location: ONSITE in Washingon D.C.

Help Desk Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join their team!

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate's Degree
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • 5+ years of professional relevent experience
  • ServiceNow ticketing system experience
  • Excellent Customer Service and End User Support

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of Google Suite applications
