Salary Range: $17/hr to $18/hr. on W2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Worked in a contact center, service desk, or customer service, and Troubleshooting
Basic computer knowledge – typing efficiency a must
Ability to talk through troubleshooting to non-technical personnel
Ability to multi-task
