Help Desk Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a Contract-to-hire -position with 100% remote in the OH and ideally looking for applicants with a solid Candidate in . Troubleshooting.

Salary Range: $17/hr to $18/hr. on W2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description

• Worked in a contact center, service desk, or customer service, and Troubleshooting
• Basic computer knowledge – typing efficiency a must
• Ability to talk through troubleshooting to non-technical personnel
• Ability to multi-task
