Our client is a $16bn global multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund with a track record spanning over 20 years

Responsibilities

This is an Energy & Industrials Credit Investment Analyst position reporting into a Senior PM. The position will focus on identifying and investing in capital structure arbitrage opportunities, with a focus on converts and some high yield. This team conducts thorough credit analysis on potential and existing investments, including converts, high-yield bonds, and other credit instruments.

Responsibilities of the role include assisting in the development and implementation of credit investing strategies, preparing and presenting investment recommendations to the investment team and providing timely updated on changes in the investment thesis.

Qualifications

· 4-8 years of total work experience with experience in liquid credit (ideally convertible notes or high yield)

· Excellent academic credentials, Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably within a finance, economics or mathematics discipline

· Experience in conducting research and due diligence, and producing “client ready” investment materials

· Strong quantitative aptitude with a high attention to detail
