About Us: Southwest Waste, with over 50 years of combined experience, is dedicated to a positive work environment where you can grow and succeed. We are a waste, recycling and hauling company. We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Naples, FL.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ year experience operating heavy equipment
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Skilled with Excavators, Front Loaders, Skid steers, Bobcats, etc

Expectations:

  • Follow safety policies and procedures
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance
  • Move and position materials
  • Follow SOPs and supervisor’s instructions
