As the Heavy Equipment Operator, you will have previous experience operating a Knuckle Boon and Feller Buncher. You will preform equipment inspections throughout the day and report equipment needs / hazards to your supervisor. The Heavy Equipment Operator will keep in constant communication with team members and ensure the job site is in a safe working condition.
Salary: $33,000 to $42,000 + per year

What you will do:
Safely operate Knuckle Book and Feller Buncher machinery
Utilize company checklist to perform inspections throughout day on equipment to check and maintain proper fluid levels, performance of the equipment, etc.
Report equipment needs and hazards to supervisor
Inspect all attachments to the machinery to ensure that they are operational
Follows company work order instructions and comply with all company policies and procedures
Ensures that job site is left in safe condition
What you will need to succeed:
Experience Level: Mid-Level Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years' experience working with heavy equipment (Knuck Boom & Feller Buncher)
Must have a valid drivers' license.
Ability to understand and follow oral instructions; communicate with supervisors, co-workers and the public effectively
Able to comply with all safety policies and procedures and OSHA regulations
Ability to work overtime when required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screen
