HVAC Project Superintendent & Construction Supervisor

Remote position and travel to sites as needed

We are a national firm with a remote workforce and travel to our clients for major projects and install's nationwide. We help large commercial real estate owners increase the efficiencies of their large properties with state of the art controls, BMS, HVAC and Refrigeration systems.

This position will provide oversight of installs that are managed by outside third party contractors and subcontractors and as the liaison between all parties to ensure the install and conversion process goes as specificed and every detail is delivered as contracted. Educational/Experience requirements:

• 5+ years of Commercial HVAC installation and or Commissioning experience
• High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent, engineering/construction management degree for advanced positions or course training
• Proficient in Microsoft: Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
• Ideally proficient with Procore, Building Information Model (BIM), Autocad, and Bluebeam
• Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method
• Highly developed visual observation skills
• Ability to work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and tradecraft workers in a field-work environment. Patience and professionalism are essential and being able to maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, move, and carry equipment (up to 50 pounds)
• Regular and safe use of step ladders and roof access ladders
• Standing/Walking: workday is combination of standing, walking and sitting
• Constant mental alertness, accuracy, and attention to detail required
