Healthcare Recruiter

MedSmart is a leading outsourced healthcare and diagnostic radiology company specialized in providing high-quality staffing solutions to healthcare facilities nationwide.

We are seeking a professional, hardworking, experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join the MedSmart team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source and recruit qualified candidates for radiology and nursing travel assignments nationwide.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks and direct sourcing, to attract and engage top talent.
• Maintain a strong network of professionals and proactively engage with passive candidates to build a talent pipeline.
• Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate their skills, experience and cultural fit

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the healthcare industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and build strong relationships
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and metrics
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms and other recruitment tools
