Position Overview

AlphaFund is seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top healthcare talent across various medical specialties and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a tailored recruitment approach.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic recruitment advice to clients.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
