Position Summary
At LanguageLine, we are dedicated to breaking down language barriers in healthcare by providing leading language access solutions. We are looking for a Healthcare Integrations Analyst with background in healthcare IT and a passion for improving patient care through effective communication.
This role specializes in the integration of our language access solutions within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Epic, leveraging standards such as Smart on FHIR. The Healthcare Integrations Analyst will work closely with healthcare clients to understand their language service needs, design customized integration solutions, and oversee the implementation process to ensure seamless access to our services within their healthcare IT environment.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

The Healthcare Integrations Analyst will work closely with healthcare clients to understand their language service needs, design customized integration solutions, and oversee the implementation process to ensure seamless access to our services within their healthcare IT environment.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on integrating LanguageLine's language access solutions with healthcare IT systems, particularly EHRs.
- Analyze and understand the specific language service needs of healthcare clients, including regulatory requirements, operational workflows, billing requirements, and more.
- Work with our customers on designing healthcare solutions that seamlessly integrate LanguageLine's services into clients' EHR systems using Smart on FHIR and other relevant technologies.
- Lead technical discussions with healthcare clients, internal teams, and healthcare platform providers translating complex integration requirements into actionable project plans.
- Collaborate with development and EHR platform teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution of integration projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance during and after the implementation process, ensuring client satisfaction and optimal use of LanguageLine's services.
- Stay updated on the latest healthcare IT standards and technologies, as well as language access regulations and best practices.
- Document all aspects of project planning and implementation, maintaining clear and comprehensive project records.
- Support LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures, and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent degree in a healthcare technology field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare/clinical information technology team.
- Hands on experience working on Epic EHR implementations, Epic FDI build processes and FHIR implementations a huge plus.
- Additional knowledge of leading other EHR platforms such as Cerner/Oracle or Meditech a plus.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud computing, networking, and security principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
