Your Role In Our Mission

Analyze and process T-MSIS and DSS data for reporting purposes.

Utilize strong problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Conduct quantitative analysis of member, provider, claims, and encounter data.

Communicate technical data insights effectively to non-technical team members.

Utilize SQL and Data Warehouse tools for investigative studies and error identification in T-MSIS and DSS data.

Support in preparing responses to inquiries from regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

Develop and implement solutions to enhance data quality and integrity in T-MSIS and DSS processes.

Create and execute test plans for data quality assessments across development stages.

What We're Looking For

Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Data Analyst.

Proficiency in MMIS, healthcare systems, Medicaid, CHIP data, and Healthpass.

Strong SQL and SSIS skills.

Experience With T-MSIS Is Preferred.

Ability to draft and lead test plans, including DEV, SIT, and UAT testing.

What You Should Expect In This Role

Remote work opportunity within the United States.

Must work in the EST time zone.

Initial interviews and orientation conducted via video conferencing.

Salary And Benefits

The salary range for this position is $49,400.00 - $70,600.00 annually, with variations based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
