Healthcare Data Analyst - Remote | WFH

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with data and reporting teams, as well as database administrators, to generate insightful production management and utilization management reports supporting performance management across various metrics such as quality, safety, utilization, cost, and risk.

Monitor data integrity and report quality on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Develop, implement, and enhance evaluation and measurement models for quality and operational department programs, projects, and initiatives to maximize effectiveness.

Provide recommendations for process improvements and initiatives leveraging analytical skills and a range of reporting tools.

Determine optimal approaches for internal and external report design, production, and distribution tailored to the relevant audience.

Perform a variety of tasks with a certain degree of creativity and autonomy.

Execute other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Four years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis, in addition to educational requirements.

Proficiency in relational databases, such as SQL (SSMS), with experience in data visualization/reporting tools like SSRS, Tableau, or Qlik preferred.

Familiarity with data analysis techniques, including queries, drills, sorting, and formulas, along with statistical analysis concepts.

Strong organizational and communication skills essential for effective collaboration and reporting.

Working Conditions

Ability to maintain a sitting position, with typical office equipment use and repetitive movements.

Remote eligibility, offering flexibility in work location.
