Summary:

Fastlabtech.com is seeking an experienced, business savvy, and analytical individual to join our team as a Healthcare Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and efficiency. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and data requirements.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, including executives, product managers, and marketing teams.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare data analysis role.
• At least 5 years working with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• At least 5 years experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
• Must be highly efficient in statistical analysis, reporting, and modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a global, remote work environment.
