Health Services Director

Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a nationally recognized Senior Living organization experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Health Services Director (RN) opportunity near Kirkland, WA. This position is a key part of the onsite leadership team providing direct healthcare services to patients and leadership to the nursing team. 

Position: Health Services Director (RN)

Location: Kirkland, WA

Duties:

• Providing direct leadership to the nursing team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care Units.
• Creating care plans, providing oversight for clinical charting, and working directly with families and physicians.
• Providing community leadership to support and coach our employees in the appropriate care of our assisted living and memory care residents.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid WA State RN License
• At least 2+ years of recent supervisory experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care or assisted living preferred
• Knowledge of the most up-to-date compliance/safety and infection control practices
• Nurse delegation experience
